4.0 out of 5 stars Works as advertised.
We use it when we travel abroad, primarily for a nebulizer that our kids need at times. It has served this purpose well. It does not overhead.

Downsides: It is heavy, but that is probably inevitable for a 300W transformer. The housing feels a bit flimsy.

3.0 out of 5 stars Works, but came broken
The adapter came broken.
I assume it is due to shipping and quality of the product.
But after some soldering and electrical tape application it became operable.
After 9 months still works great.
