I had the vm9021 before this model... it got stolen during shipment to Germany. Basically you trade the tv tuner for usb support... fair trade to me. The only thing missing with the 9021 was usb. It's really the absolute best dvd/touch screen receiver for the money. I mean for under $500 you get features that don't come with the $700+ models.. the ipod connection cable, sd card, usb, I like how you can mix media in any order, my pioneer could play videos, music, or pictures, but you couldn't mix the different types of media. Sometimes it's a little slow changing from one mp3 to another on the usb, but I think that depends on the type of coding or something, because it only happens with certain albums. I haven't tested the bluetooth phone connection, but everything else works great.

this is was my fourth Jensen double din Radio.I had the 9020ts, three vm9022 and know am ready to give this brand up. I went through four of these radios within four years. The first two power kept on shutting down on its own after using it for about a year each. The third one i ordered only lasted one month. The unit was returned and defected. The fourth unit just went out on me last week. I checked the fuse and the wires and every connection was at a 100% and so was the fuses. what a way to waste $350 TO $400 dollars per unit

I purchased the Jensen radio to replace my SUV radio. I had installed by profession. The first month it was good then the face started to open and can not close with buttons. It plays the Ipod when it feels like it. I have the jump drive attached and it skips thru songs. it take a long time to change to the next song.

I bought this set a week ago and i just can't get enough of it. I had a few problems in the initial setup not installation, that was very easy. I was given a pass word for the first set up but i had to enter it backwards for it to work. how dumb?

it works like a dream and it came with some accessories that i did not expect to get ,the screen resolution is very good,the built in bluetooth is amazing but i am having some challenges with that but i think that it is my phone not the set. This is a very good buy for the money.

I live in barbados and we don't have sat radio so i am not keen on that application. i would recomend this to any one.

OMG This product is amazing. The seller super, I am 100% satisfied. Thank you very much. My husband is enjoying every minute of it.

If you want to loss your money then go ahead with this really bad equipment, sound is really BAD in comparison with other equipments such as Pioneer Premier Line.

In my case screen goes in blank when I was trying to setup the equipment and the only way to have the screen back was shutting off the equipment and starting on again.

A real piece of electronic garbage that I do not recommend at least that you want to waste your money!!!! I return it and I am waiting for a Pioneer AVH-P4000 I will let you know my review later on.
