I'm using this with a Samsung 46" LED TV. Pros: Well designed, built well, installs in 3 steps. First you mount the wall bracket, then you attach the arm, then you slide the bracket with the TV attached into the arm. I found the process easy and logical. Moving it with the TV attached is a little cumbersome but it looks really nice on the wall. Even fully extended it does not sag. Their customer service is very good. My shipment came with a cracked part and they replaced it right away. Cons: I'm not an engineer, but I don't think I would use this mount with a Plasma or LCD TV b/c it only uses two lag bolts into one stud. My TV (35lbs) does not sag and stays level, but anything heavier I could see being a problem. Overall, if you are using this with an LED TV it's a great mount and I would recommend it. One last note, you have to think about where you are going to run your cords/cables before you attach the mount.

I'm using this on a 42" Panasonic Plasma.

Pros: Very easy install. Good adjustment capability.

Cons:
The tilt adjustment knob broke. May have to replace sometime in the future.
I like the cable pass-thru in the extending arm, but I would have liked that the cables could pass through the wall mounting base so I could drop the cables behind the wall. As it stands now, I'd have to drill an obvious hole to the side of the mounting arm.
I'd be nervous using this on any TV larger than mine. You're mounting into a single stud with 2 lag nuts, and at full extension, you're putting lots of leveraged weight on this single stud.

This is a good mount. Very cool to see your TV sort of floating in space. The angles that it can achieve are very cool. It has a simple design with great final results. I've got 42" LCD 57 lb TV on it. I was a little concerned about the stability, but it feels pretty solid right now.

Caveat: I happen to be getting some work done at my home, so I was able to get the mounting area reinforced with two-deep 5 x 7 boards.

Things that were a problem:

- The provided lag screw snapped off. I'd read that this happened, but thought it was fixed after people started calling it out. One went in, the second snapped. Trip to the hardware store, move the mount one-inch to the side. This would not have been possible if I only had a 2 X 4 to mount on. But I had a big old 17 inch wide 5 x 7.

- Instructions say that you need to listen for an audible click. Called the support number (they're available on Saturday!). The support person immediately said that was an error. No audible click.

- The locking screw instruction is lame. The support person described what you need to do: tip the screen forward which exposes the screen, and insert the screw from the inside.

Great support.

This wall mount is much heavier and beefier than any other wall mount I've owned (3 so far). It seems like overkill maybe for the TV I bought as the wall mount was heavier that the TV! I would have rated it 5 stars except for the problem noted by other reviewers. In the very last installation step you are told to screw in a phillips head bolt to secure the TV mounting bracket to the wall mount. Unfortunately this is impossible to do while the mounting bracket is attached to the TV!!!! It looks like this was either a design or manufacturing defect as clearly they put the threads on the wrong part. The threads should be on the TV mounting bracket but they are actually on the wall mount bracket, making it necessary to get a screwdriver in the 1 inch or less space between the TV and the bracket itself. Fortunately I read the reviews here on Amazon before buying and so I totally was prepared for this problem. It's easy to solve by detaching the arm of the wall mount from it's first elbow joint (a 13mm bolt) and attaching it to the TV mounting bracket with the phillips head bolt I mentioned above BEFORE you attach the TV mounting bracket to the TV. Then you will need some help lifting this all up in the air to align the elbow joint again and stick the bolt through and tighten. It was an easy process and I've had this same problem with another wall mount for a different TV so not a problem to work around. Oh and also I would suggest replacing the lag bolts that come with the mount with galvanized steel ones that you can buy from any hardware store. I have also had the heads of the supplied lag bolts break off (with other wall mounts I've installed) during tightening and 2 new bolts cost less than $2 so it's worth it not to have to deal with the headache of getting a broken bolt out of the wall stud. Other than those two issues this is a well made and easy to install wall mount and I'm very happy with it.

This mount comes with everything you need to mount your tv to a single wall stud. Do not get this mount if you want to center your TV over the wall stud you plan to use. The mount puts your tv 3 inches to the right of your wall stud. Also, the instructions are poor and the wall screws are made of tin. The mount itself is well constructed but these problems are a deal breaker for me.

Sanus by far has the best mounts out there,I have purchased and installed probably 15 or 20 for my customers as well as in my house
The construction and ease of installation are the best.
