Use the VOXCOM to record a 10 second description of any time including medication, clothing, food, household items, etc., then attach it to the item. To 'read' the card, insert it into the VOXCOM and you'll hear the description, in your own voice. I was impressed at first with this product, until my mother recieved some "surprises" I had sent her. She couldn't hear anything on her VoxCom unit. I did the cards correctly and checked before I attached them to the respective items, to make sure I could be heard. The cards do not work with her VoxCom unit. I made sure the types were the same, model #, got it from the same place, everything looks alike and it doesn't work with her machine.
Not sure yet what I am going to do.
