Vox Com for the Blind,

I was impressed at first with this product, until my mother recieved some "surprises" I had sent her. She couldn't hear anything on her VoxCom unit. I did the cards correctly and checked before I attached them to the respective items, to make sure I could be heard. The cards do not work with her VoxCom unit. I made sure the types were the same, model #, got it from the same place, everything looks alike and it doesn't work with her machine.Not sure yet what I am going to do. |
