I had reconstructive spinal surgery and have constant pain. This piece of equipment(I also purchased the shoulder flex and the bike attachments) is by far the least expensive and best, easiest to use, good for people in almost any physical condition, I have ever owned. Over the last 14 yrs I have spent thousands, treadmill, Nu step etc. Nothing comes close to this in variety of exercises and ease of use.

The exercises that I can do with this stretcher does relieve some of my shoulder pain. I am 82 years old and
this has been the only means I have found for temporary relief.

Got this to go with my resistance chair and I'm glad I did. It helps stretch out my arms overhead and in just two weeks, I have noted a good improvement. The straps on the chair also help with your upper body. The chair comes with a DVD that I am sure will be helpful but I don't see a lot of lower body workout, unless I am missing something. This is an excellent product and seems very well made. I would buy it again in a minute.

We are seniors. We purchased this item to accompany the Resistance Chair that we purchased from another on-line site.
The reason we purchased both of these items is because my wife has an old shoulder injury that has restricted her raising her left arm above her shoulder.
We are trying to rectify this limitation and the reviews indicated this exercise pair has done that for other people, both young and old.
My wife loves this chair and has been using it daily since we have received these 2 pieces and since I have set them up.
I will be starting to use this chair as well even though I do not have such movement limitations. However, I do expect to get a help with a greater range of motion in my upper limbs.
