I had an issue with mine where it was leaking air, and I called their support line, and they were very helpful. i learned all i need to do is to take the nipple off and wash it warm soapy water, it will create a better seal.. I really like these.. seems to keep my food fresher longer.

The two smallest containers work okay in that they hold a vacuum seal for 3-4 days. The larger container, though, deforms easily and doesn't hold a seal for over 2 days at the most. This defeats the purpose of having a vacuum sealed container.
