The system has English, French, and Spanish language voice menu prompts for almost unbelievably easy use. The backlit keypad makes it easy to enter phone numbers or access features in any light setting. With 50 Speed Dial locations, you can add the phone numbers of your favorite friends and family for easy dialing. When you're not at home or just don't feel like picking up the phone, the VTech DS4121-4 has an integrated digital answering machine where callers can leave their messages. A large, easy-to-read LED numeric screen displays the number of calls you received. An LCD screen on the handset lets you see the phone number you've dialed and is also compatible with Caller-ID and Call-Waiting display. Its digital security protects you from identity theft and it won't interfere with your wireless Wi-Fi networks.

I bought this set about 4 months ago. I love the phones. I love the fact that every time I put a number into the caller ID it saves it automatically to the other three regardless of which phone I am using. It is wonderful to have one phone jack and four phones anywhere I choose in my home. I had purchased another set previously and loved it but one of the phones did not work well from the moment I took it out of the box. I contacted them immediately about the defective phone. They chose to replace all phones rather than the defective one. I was not sure that was necessary but I can say they back their product 100% and without a hassle. They shipped me the new phones and then allowed me to ship the defective set back in the same boxes they provided for the new set. I am very pleased with the phones. I find it very easy to operate and make adjustments as necessary for each phone. You can even choose different ring tones for each individual phone. I would recommend this set to everyone needing multiple phones and needing a great product with great service behind you if you happen to need it. We have used V-Tech merchandise for a number of years. In twelve years, this is only the second set of phones I have needed to purchase. I would say that is outstanding service from a phone of any brand. Due to our outstanding service I will continue to come back to this brand of phones.

I bought this V-Tech phone system about 6 months ago. I wanted something that included compact handsets for multiple rooms without the need for phone jacks.
This fit the bill. I hung the main unit in the kitchen so the answering machine is easily accessible and connected (by plug) each of the 3 other handsets in the bedroom, living room and office. The sound is clear, there is good connection moving around and outside the house. I can turn on and off the ringers on each handset. I went from 3 individual phone systems (each requiring a jack) to one system and have been very satisfied.

I was a little disapointed by this product. i thought that it would be a little worth my money. It was not the best product we have owned. it seems a little cheep. i wish i would have baught a different phone. It has no clock on it which sucks and then the screen is a little bit plain. I do like the back light. it is a nice feature. but that is just about the best thing i can say about it.finding certain things on the phone is challenging. it is not self explaniatory at least to me. I am still trying to get used to it and i have owned it for 2 months.
