I have a four year old son who is autistic. He got this computer for Christmas and he loves it! He likes doing the repair jobs and the other learning activities. It didn't take him long to figure out how to use it. Way to go VTech!

My son got this from Grandma on his second birthday and it saved us on our 18 hour drive home! He loves being able to use Phillipe and Pat to help Manny with the repair jobs, and we are working on the counting and other games. As he grows, I think the other games will become more fun for him. I like that by default he can just press keys and it will tell and show him letters, numbers, shapes and colors without a parent having to get it set up to go for him. The only thing that could be added would be a backlit screen so he could see it in the dark, but I know that's asking a lot! Overall a great toy.

I have twin who love Handy Manny. They love this computer. It is very sturdy and can handle being stood on ans thrown. :)

I bought this for my daughter when she just turned 1. Wasn't since too long ago that she was already playing games, matching letters, numbers, and pictures! This is an awesome toy and I think any kids can learn things by playing this laptop!

This is very durable and I love that there are screwdriver and hammer with it. It's very educating. My 2.2 years old daughter now typing her name and can play some games.
I just wishes it has a bigger monitor.

My daughter has played with this a little bit since Christmas but it's not a favorite. The graphics in the computer are very 1980 Atari-ish and the set-up isn't very easy to use. Of course she has some special needs but the buttons aren't very clear as to what games you play when you push different buttons. . .I'd have returned it but wasn't sure if they'd take it back? Plus she has played it a few times and likes the tools that come with it. I don't know if all these kiddy computers are the same but this one is just alright.

We purchased this toy for our eighteen month old who we only speak Spanish to. This toy only has certain keys that are actually in Spanish. Would not recommend for parents who like us,want a bilingual child. It is a fun toy and educational for English speaking children hence the five stars for it being a fun toy and two stars for educational since it is not completely bilingual.

I ordered this from Amazon for a Christmas gift for my grandson and was disappointed to see that it would ship within 4 to 6 weeks. I decided that since his mother had it on his list we would just give it to him late. Much to my surprise it came within a week and I will be able to give it to my grandson for Christmas on time. I can only recommend it because his mother ask for it--but moms know best! It must be a good toy! And it was priced very well!
