Got this as a gift and first time i used it i could tell i was gonna have problems with it. Worst signal i seen to this day and after month of barely use the phone went nuts and had nonstop static and i had to whack it to get it to stop and also people could hardly hear me day one with it...

Don't bother with this model of Vtech. Audio quality was really really bad. I am not sure about other Vtech models though. But stay away from this one.
