These wine coasters are very useful, preventing the wine drips from getting on the tablecloth, countertop, whatever and making the bottle more stable. They are a bit hard to clean because the lip makes it hard to reach all the way inside. So far, every bottle of wine I've used has fit easily and snugly, which is the whole idea.
