I love this highchair! I did a lot of research before I purchased and vacillated between the Astro, the Boon Flair, and the Bloom Nano. I liked each one for their modern style and compact design. Despite the lack of reviews for this product I finally decided to go with the Valco Baby Astro in chocolate because of the price. I am so glad I went with this chair! I love it! It is a very nice size, has a nice small tray, compact fold, soft easy to wipe down leatherette, a 5 point harness with padded straps, and my 6 month old daughter loves it! I love the style and it fits in very well with our espresso bent wood chairs!

I am very happy with my purchase! This chair is exactly what we needed!

We just got this chair yesterday but there were so few reviews about it that I wanted to get one out there ASAP.

Pros: The price is great. I couldn't justify spending the money on a Tripp Trapp or some other super cool chair, but I really like the look of this chair for only a fraction of the price! It is exactly as it is pictured on the website. It came completely assembled; all we had to do was take it out of the box and lift it up and it snapped into place. It is just as easy to fold flat, just flip a lever and down it goes! I'm glad to see it is so portable, we will be able to take it with us anywhere. It's light too, which makes is even more portable. There are no creases where food and crumbs will be able to get stuck. The entire sitting surface is a faux leather that will be easily wiped down. The chair is a great height for feeding baby at the table. The 5-point harness is a great safety feature and is adjustable. The straps can be lengthened or shortened and there are two heights for the shoulder straps for baby to grow into. The foot rest is also adjustable as baby grows. The chair is not bulky and ugly like so many high chairs out there, it fits well with my house which is a big deal for me.

Cons: There is quite a gap between the closest tray setting and my daughter(the tray has three adjustable settings). I'm sure this will mean spilled food into the seat but that is going to happen with any tray; when a baby is learning to eat it WILL be messy! She is still small as well, and I'm sure the tray will be a better fit as she grows into it. The other thing that I noticed is the pads that come with the restraint harness are very bulky and on my small child they made her look very uncomfortable. Fortunately they are removable and she seems much happier with them off.

Overall, I am very happy with this chair and can't wait to put it to good use. Hopefully after we have had it for a while I can write a review of how it has lasted!

What a relief to find a highchair that can fold up super flat and stash away for when guests are over or you just need your kitchen back! And there's a lot to say for simplicity in design when it comes to cleaning!

Pros: Folding and portability (need to take it to grandmas house? now you can!), wipes clean very easily - no bulky fabric or textures, very light weight, nice clean modern look, comes ready to go and doesn't need assembly.

Cons: Although the 5 point harness is great, when the baby doesnt need it anymore you can only remove half of it. The shoulder straps come off but the bottom parts of the harness are left dangling in the seat and my baby likes to play with them and food gets stuck around them. Not a huge deal and you could cut them off if you wanted. Also, the gap between the seat back and the tray is a little large (about 8.5 or 9") and food does end up on baby's lap. However, the only thing preventing the tray from sliding in closer is a tiny plastic stop and i filed ours off with a metal file so the try can move in about 1" closer.
As for cleaning, it doesnt say you can machine wash the vinyl but it velcros off very easily (seat attached) and i threw the whole thing in the washer on cold, seat and all and it worked fine! I also put it in the dryer on delicate and had no problems. Nice and clean =)

All in all im very happy with the highchair and people are always impressed when they see it! I have twins and needed two highchairs, so very happy to find ones i can get out of the way if need be.
