Best-selling, award-winning author Gina Wilkins sold her first novel to Harlequin in 1987 and has been writing full-time since. Her 100th Harlequin book, HUSBAND FOR A WEEKEND, will be published by Harlequin Special Edition in April, 2012, coinciding with the thirtieth anniversary of the Special Edition line. She has recently penned her first psychological suspense novel, WAKE ME, a Kindle exclusive release.

Tom Lowry and Lesly Harden were involved with each other for a while before she got a job in a Chicago law firm and they lost touch.

18 months later Tom comes home from a dinner party at a friends house and finds Lesley and infant Kenny whom Lesley is raising after Crystal her former step-sister died.

After telling Tom her story Steve (Crystal's brother) stops by telling them that he is planning on suing for full custody of Kenny at the same time Toms mother Nina drops by with pie and suggest they all meet up the next day over lunch to discuss it.

They all meet and Tom and Lesly decide to marry the next day.

Over the next several weeks Tom and Lesley start to deal with the fall out of their split and the accident that almost left Tom crippled, while also dealing with Kenny and the attraction that did not die when Lesley left. Also they must deal with the fact that Nina and Steve start a relationship at the same time.
