When you buy this one, you are not getting what is shown in any of the pictures. The kit excludes the shank that slides into the reciever hitch. I returned the first one thinking that the part had come out of a hole in the box, but when I ordered a replacement, the part I thought would be there still was missing.

After reviewing the item on Amazon.com and even the instructions, it looks like it should come with it. After going to the manufacturer's website, I believe that items ending with a 0 come with the shank, items with a 1 exclude it.

I could have saved myself a lot of trouble had I known when I ordered.

At least the return policy with Amazon is good.

As for the quality, I have not used it yet, since I can't install it. But it appears to be pretty standard. And it was a good price - about the same as used ones sell for in this area - except they come with the shank.
