The pleats make it a little hard to spead out fully but overall they are of good quality and attractive.

I love these pleated fan flags! They are well-constructed and just the right size for my small front porch. They are made of a rather lighweight cotton, but it is heavy enough to hang nicely. They did need a little touch-up with the iron to make them nice and crisp before hanging.

You can get nicer, embroidered pleated fan flags of the same size for less, but they are made in China. I just could not imagine buying patriotic items that were not made in the USA, as these are.
