Allow 60 days minimum for new concrete to cure before sealing. The sealer is fortified with new heavy duty resin technology to provide maximum adhesion and protection on concrete surfaces. 1 gallon covers approximately 200 to 500 sq. ft. depending on surface texture. Dries to the touch in 2 hours, wait 24 hours for light use, 72 hours for automobile traffic. Clean up with xylene. Available in gray and 2 bases.
