This book was great! I have Michelle Burke's five core competencies hanging in my office to let others know how seriously I take my career. I have read the book several times and have found it extremely useful and motivating. Great Book for anyone at any stage of their career.

This book has assisted me in my growth as an office professional and as an administrative assistant. I have been in this business for at least four years and I have so much to learn. Everyone in my organization can see the changes and transformations I have made with the tips and tools I have used in this book.
