I've read many books on real estate, some average and some pretty good. After reading this book I can confidently say that it is the worst real estate book I've ever read.All the information it contains can be found in other books - all of them better written. This book is so boring that no matter how well rested I was, whenever I picked this book up I never failed to become sleepy within just a page or two! The book's sole saving grace: it was thankfully short.

I am an Romanian appraiser and for the moment I read not this book. I read only the review write by Stephen Traub and I think it is an interesting and useful book even for an non american.
