This review is from: Valuation: What Assets Are Really Worth (Hardcover)
The author, Mr. Alfred M. King, is a well known practitioner in the valuation industry. His book offered insightful ideas that could only come from decades of practical experience and keen observation, challenging the way professionals (accountants, appraisers, financial analysts, lawyers, etc) view and value assets. His book is a vivid reminder that professionals should rely on thought process, common sense, and practical experience to do their work rather than some industrial standard checklists. Please note this is a why you do things in a certain way book and not a how to do things book.
