After about 200 impressions, I can't see any difference from OEM. You can't really tell the value of a product like this until it reaches the end of its useful life - or fails to. At our rate, that will take more than a year. And then, hopefully, we'll still have a fully functional second cartridge. the price is worth the gamble. I'm a freelance writer and my wife teaches high school English. She uses our machine instead of the one copy machine assigned to 20 teachers in her department.

The brand is reputable and reliable and so no surprise to me I have been completely satified. More important to me with this particular order is that it was shipped and received in a timely manner at no additional cost to me. I am very please with the product and the retailer!!

So I'm happy that I'm saving money until I try to use it. The drum and ink cartridge fit my machine as expected but my "replace drum soon" message didn't go away. I thought I'd give it some time and see how it worked then my machine started ghost images over my copies to the extent of becoming unreadable. Had to buy brand name cartridge at higher price. Ink cartridge - so far so good.

Not sure if its the toner, drum, or the printer itself, but it seems whenever we change the cartridges it only lasts a couple weeks and then the drum light starts flashing. We have only had a printer for a year when this started. Seems to be worse with recycled/refurbished cartridges. Until we can get a new printer we just make everything last as much as possible. Shaking the toner seems to help although it is messy and I am sure it voids any warrenities if it had any.

Though Toner4sale insists that their ad is not misleading, the key word is "compatible". In my opinion, they should remove the phrase "Brother TN350", because that is NOT the product you are getting. You are NOT getting the "Brother" brand, even though it works for your Brother printer.

The product is OK. Customer service is pleasant, but they do not pay shipping for returns.
