5.0 out of 5 stars An excellent value.
I got 2 of these pans to replace my old cookie sheets and I was immediately impressed with quality and price of this product. The aluminum is thick and feels hard enough to stop a bullet, so I know it will never warp in the oven. The edges are rolled as well for added strength. My first batch of baked cookies came out perfect and I am very satisfied. For the price you...

3.0 out of 5 stars Not sure if it's what I thought I ordered
I own several Advance Tabco 1/2 sheet pans and they are stamped on the bottom with the Advance Tabco name. I ordered these pans and they are not stamped with the name.. they do have "Made in China" stamped only and they are not as heavy as my original pans bought just 2 years ago. I'm considering returning them.

5.0 out of 5 stars Buy Now!!, September 21, 2007
This review is from: Value Sheet Pan Half Size, Single (Kitchen)
I bought four of these and I am sooooo glad I did! I am done with the cheap flimsy cookie sheets that after 5 minutes (if that) in the oven you hear a pop and the pan is now halfway sticking up in the air. The price is awesome, the quality is top notch. They DO NOT WARP, and if you have a silpat mat, it fits inside perfectly. I am now ready for the Holiday baking season coming up. Trust me, you will not be dissapointed and these pans will last a lifetime!

I really like these pans. They are heavy duty, don't warp in the dishwasher and are the standard 1/2 sheet size that bakeries use.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great product, excellent value, January 1, 2007
This review is from: Value Sheet Pan Half Size, Single (Kitchen)
I got this baking sheet and a Matfer silicon baking mat a year ago, and I have used it almost everyday. This pan does NOT bend in the oven, even when I'm broiling garlic toast. I usually use the silicon mat whenever I'm baking (not broiling), and everything from refrigerator cinnamon rolls to chicken nuggets to homemade french bread comes out crisp and golden on the top and bottom- never burned. The kids cook frozen pizzas on this pan, and even baked on cheese easily washes off. This pan still looks new.

Not only is this a great product- it's also a great price. Buy two or three!

I purchased two of them for my holiday cookie making. I was a little apprehensive since it was so inexpensive, I was amazed when I received them they were just like the professional kind, for a fraction of the price. I do not know how they can sell at such a great price. I will be purchasing two more.

5.0 out of 5 stars You're Gonna Love This Pan!, June 20, 2007

This is a heavy gauge, commercial baking pan and I probably use it more than any other thing in my kitchen. I have 4 of them (2 that are about 20 years old). This pan is about the size of your oven rack. It's heavy and it heats quickly and evenly - perfect for baking cookies, bread sticks, frozen breaded shrimp - you name it! I also use one whenever I make a frozen lasagne, frozen cobbler, frozen chicken pot pies, etc. (As a horrible cook with a huge family, I rely heavily on big frozen blocks of food you can buy in any grocery store.) It keeps the oven free from messy spills and is safer when removing hot foods. It's so thick and heavy duty that you can remove one of those huge lasagnes from the oven with one hand - this pan can handle it without buckling. Here's my favorite part - make sure that you always use a Silpat in this pan and you will never have to scrub it! Just wipe off any little spills or drips that get on the sides and you're done! I bought 4 Silpat baking mats, which are sized to fit this pan exactly and I ALWAYS use one with it. A good thing because unless you have a dishwasher with adjustable height racks, you may have a little trouble fitting it in the dishwasher.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best Pans ... E VAH!!!, November 8, 2008
This review is from: Value Sheet Pan Half Size, Single (Kitchen)
I recently purchased these pans for the house. I already had a pair of Caphalon half-sheet pans that I was happy with, but needed more. Since I got these, I hardly ever use the Caphalons anymore. For one thing, there was always a loud "GONG" when the name-brand pans heated up and warped. These pans don't do that. They are also much easier to clean than the Caphalons. I was so impressed that I ordered two more. If you use half sheet pans a lot or are looking to stock a new kitchen, I HIGHLY recommend these.

Stop wasting your money on Chicago Metallic and get these instead! They're half the price and work twice as well. Unlike my Chicago Metallic sheet pan, these do not buckle in the oven, even at 500F.
If you like making cookies (flip it over), roasting vegetables, baking bread and crackers, etc., you will use these as often as I do. Get two or three, you'll be glad you did.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Best Bake Pan!, August 21, 2009
This review is from: Value Sheet Pan Half Size, Single (Kitchen)
I purchased this pan over 2 years ago and it is the absolute best baking pan I have ever used. This pan has no burn marks, stains or anything. It is easy to clean. It bakes evenly, from cookies to biscuits. It is heavy duty and very professional. It does the job well. I love how my baked goods turn out, they are not burnt or over baked underneath. I even made a pizza on it and it turned out delicious. It is easy to store and put other pans on top without them sliding around. This is the best pan you can use that is cheep, professional, heavy duty and does the job.

I bought these pans after years of using cheapo nonstick cookie sheets that warped and got covered with grease stains right away. Not so with these! The pans can take the oven without warping. There is some crackling noise when you first take them out, but the pan is still solid and perfectly shaped.

I got two of these and recently gave them a tremendous workout: making over 150 cookies for an event. These pans were in and out of the oven for hours on end and didn't give me any trouble! The cookies are perfect and the pans are nice and clean after just a little scrubbing. That's the other thing, the pans tolerate a decent scrub with no issues. They even work well for freezing fruit. The half sheet size is perfect for my larger oven (I have two) and perfect for making a half dozen cookies.

Buy them! They are cheaper than the ones at the store and way better quality!
