This was a complete waste of funds and time. It didn't do what it claimed to do, and had no on line support.
Don't bother. After trying I found a free, on line, program that downloaded and worked in minutes!

Im going to keep it nice and short...it never recognized that an ipod was hooked up. My itunes picked up an ipod, my computer picked up an ipod but this product just never picked it up, followed the instructions and still nothing.Just awful save your self the money really
