This trilogy was very good. Bought to read before seeing movie.Am going to get the others. My grandson and husband are reading it.

Picked this up after seeing the movie, hoping the book would be better. For most things it was, for others not so much. I purchased all four triology sets and since i don't want to go book by book i'm putting this together. Darren was an interesting character. It was a weird universe if not a little dire and painful. However the more i progressed through the series things just got weirder and weirder. By the time i finished the last set of books i nearly regretted picking them up at all. Still as far as books go, it's different and maybe i just took the ending too harshly. It had a bit of a stephen king Dark Tower ending. So it - well the whole set gets three stars. would have been higher if the ending hadn't pissed me off.

The book was exactly as I expected it to be, and the shipping was relatively quick as well. Good book without the syrup/sludge of the Jacob vs. Edward series.

My 7th graders like to read this series. This book has 3 of the series within (I believe books 1-3). There is another book like this with books 7-10 which I also have (I believe it is purple). I have several sets of the series for kids to read in my classroom.
