Well, this is a disappointment. Not the game, I haven't been able to really play it, but the fact that it's not compatible with Vista.

I've had a copy of it for years that I bought on Ebay, but was never able to play it because my computers over the years would lock up while running it. I've finally got a really great gaming computer and it turns out that the game won't run on Vista. Maybe now with LJS coming back to the writing world, this game, or others like it, will be created. We can hope!

I used to have this game many years ago, it ran on Windows 3.1 and unfortunately I have no clue where it is now. It was kinda corny I think but overall I had a great time playing it. I suppose now it would make a good collector's item since the books are resurfacing due to the popularity of the TV show but unless you have an ancient Windows system or can find a download somewhere it's kind of useless to buy. It would be great if they re-released it and maybe brought the graphics and gameplay up to date because like I said, I had a blast back in the day. :)
