Van Gogh Museum
The largest selection of what has survived of Van Gogh’s work is in the collection of the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam. The collection includes more than 200 paintings, with such renowned masterpieces as The Potato Eaters and Still Life with Bible from 1885, Self-Portrait As an Artist from 1887, The Yellow House and The Bedroom from 1888, Sunflowers from 1889, and Blossoming Almond Tree from 1890. The collection also includes about 500 drawings and 700 letters by Van Gogh, as well as works by several of his famous predecessors, contemporaries and friends.
