THIS PRODUCT IS GREAT. I mad ethe switch from Rico to Vandoren about a year ago and I'm never turning back. They are the best quality I've ever played. If you want the best quality, buy these reeds.

I decided to splurge and buy these for my daughter, based on the good reviews. She has been using Rico Royal and Mitchell Lurie. This is her third year of study. I thought maybe she would rave about how wonderful these reeds are but she just said they break easily and break along the side. Previously any breakage would be on the end. She did not find any difference in sound quality. Well we have lots of reeds now. I also bought a pack of the Rico Royals and told her just use them if she prefers.
