Are the Ova's dubbed?

M. Bull says:
Probably not, they never came out on DVD before this boxset, Funimation licensed a little while back. They only contain like a few minutes at most of new footage, and for what it's worth, they are only summarys of the first and second seasons, with some extra scenes, nothing really new plot related is in them.

They are subbed. Cast continuity would probably have been a problem, and this is technically a license rescue and re-release, even if Geneon never had the OVAs.
