The images are best for the one-handed viewer. The retail price is a colossal swindle. I got the book for 350 dollars. No person unless he just made friends with P.T. Barnum should pay that. Rather than try to recapture the dirty underground experience that was 70's theatrical porn, Taschen wrapped Vanessa Del Rio in the highest of design and aesthetic book experience. This is a glorious book in both content and creation, by a publisher that outrageously celebrates the porn experience rather than denigrates it.
