In the lyrics I hear a person lamenting a lost love (presumably deceased). The song is really well done and not terribly sad. You could easily mentally extend this song to be about anyone who has died that you miss. My five year old daughter grabbed a picture of my departed Uncle Joe while I was listening to this song and said "I miss Uncle Joe." Wow, even a five year old gets the meaning of the song. This is a great song and I am happy to listen to it over and over. I have purchased a few other songs as well. I think the Amazon clips are too short to really get a flavor for these songs, but they are easy to find on You Tube and other sites out there, so you can hear the whole song. Yes, I could record from there, but I don't. I come back and buy the song as recognition to the artist and producer that they are doing good work. To me this far better than buying a CD full of music for only one or two songs that you really like, which I have done in the past. That is sad because you end up paying $10 to $20 for a couple of songs. This way, I can pay for just the songs that I like and those in the business can track the money directly to the ones that we purchasers of music like. :-)
