The best olive oil on the market. I first tasted it in Italy and brought some home. I had to find a way to get it local.

This olive oil has an excellent modest flavor that is wonderful for cooking as well as on its own with good bread.

I first enjoyed this oil while on vacation at Lake Como. Thought it was odd that such a lovely oil came from this area but we hauled a bunch back to the U.S. because we so enjoyed it. Thrilled to see it on Amazon. You won't be disappointed. It's delicious, particularly on salads and tomatoes. It's also my kids' favorite bread-dipping oil and, no, I can't fool them with Bertoli....

This oil is from a small family owned business. Cold pressed in order to keep the oil from breaking down in the manufacturing process. Only the best oils are packages in dark bottles to prevent damage from sunlight. This olive oil is unlike any other due to the location near Lake Como and the olive trees that produce the fruit are hundreds of years old. The creamy taste and flavor is perfect for Pesto. The price is the same as when I purchased from Mr Vannini himself in Bellagio. If you can't go see Lake Como, then get a bottle of this oil and use it for a bread dip while watching a Month by the Lake.

Had this olive oil in Tremezzo, Italy this summer, on Lake Como, very near the town of Lenno. It's quite possibly the best olive oil I have ever had, and I am so glad I found it in the US!
