Most compact portable vaporizers available on the market employ a heating system which is powered either directly by flame (usually using a lighter) or through a butane heating mechanism; this is inferior for many reasons. Wow. Simply wow. You cannot find a better item at this price range. Its portability is so clutch and it gets the job done better than any vape at this price point. You can take it with you anywhere and no one has any idea what it is (looks like a breathalyzer) and the vapor dissipates so quickly with little trace that it is probably one of the most discreet ways to smoke your tobacco/herbs. Unless you're willing to spend $500 for a Volcano, I would suggest this 100% over any other vape. Even so, while the Volcano is your best option for home use, the simple fact that this vape can be taken anywhere is a deal-maker. It's relatively easy to clean, from a company in the USA ([...]) and comes with a solid warranty.
If you're looking for this type of item, get this. Oh and it's pretty cool that it comes with the grinder and scale (don't really know what the latter is for per se), but the grinder needs to have the screen removed as it is a pretty bad design (you will see). I would suggest going to Vapir's site (or Amazon, if you can find it) and getting the car charger, extra screens and extra tubes for this. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!

The good: Maintains a fairly constant temp that uses a digital readout you can adjust easily. Easy to take with you. Comes with car charger. Pretty light. With its mouthpiece removed, it's sufficiently anonymous-looking (i.e. doesn't look like paraphernalia).
The bad: The thermostat lasted about a year before losing its ability to maintain a consistent temperature. It now burns the product every time. Also it's easy while holding the instrument to turn it off inadvertently because of the placement of the buttons (see the picture of the item, above - note the models' thumb just near the red button). You don't notice it's off until you aren't getting vapor - and then that batch is ruined because you can't heat it up again. Design flaw.
I'm on the fence about recommending it. I had it about 1.5 years before enough parts broke down that it's unfixable. Was 1.5 years worth the $150 I paid for it? Probably, but if you're short on cash, maybe not. How many of these do I have to replace before I've invested the cost of a Volcano? Well, 3 actually. I'm about to buy my third. So, there you go.

The service was awesome. The product even better. Priced right with an aluminum 3 piece grinder and digital scale. If you don't vaporize because of the high cost of a good vaporizer - those days are over! When you order this product you will soon need a package of stainless steel screens. Get em now. The rechargable battery works quite well. I also bought a car charger so I can hold a safety meeting when the need arrives. Good luck!

nice, but where's the grinder?

battery no good
