Thorstein Veblen has a place of honor reserved for truly important figures. In addition, with Transaction being identified as the "home" of Veblen, books on him were offered to the firm for reissuing. Irving Louis Horowit directed the Veblen Project since its beginnings. He is Hannah Arendt Distinguished Professor Emeritus of Sociology and Political Science at Rutgers University.
