5.0 out of 5 stars The Ultimate Campaign Ender, July 27, 2002

(REAL NAME)
This review is from: Vecna Lives (AD&D/Greyhawk Module WGA4) (Paperback)
This is, Quite honestly, the one of the best campaign ending module ican think of... except perhaps the throne of bloodstone, or Queen of the Demonweb Pits. Of course, if you dont use it as a campaign mod, and use it as a one shot one, your Players will be in for quite a shock after the first chapter, one of, if not THE best opening for pure shock value in any mod i have ever seen. If you can find this one, GET IT, its worth it.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Best Module ever, July 12, 2009
This review is from: Vecna Lives (AD&D/Greyhawk Module WGA4) (Paperback)
This is an awesome adventure. The players never expect what is coming and, if used right, are frightened crazy out of their minds from the very beginning to the end.... and they should be. YOu just have to make sure they do not know what is happening before (i.e. they should never see the module until after the first encounter, then you can show them the cover, he he he). The only difficulty with the module is having the wizards (cricle of 8) and PCs relationships establish, which can take some time if you want this adventure to be really powerful.

5.0 out of 5 stars Scary Stuff, February 28, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Vecna Lives (AD&D/Greyhawk Module WGA4) (Paperback)
Any veteran AD&D player knows the name Vecna, and this module demonstrates why. This a tough, deadly adventure. Vecna and his ex-lieutenant Kas are still around, and, YIKES! are they mean. Good atmosphere, good plotting, nice art, weird creatures, and a cameo by Iuz: what more could you ask for?
