I have purchased several of these. They work great until the fan becomes noisey and they fail in a year or so.

I have purchased a Vector Microslim inverter as a power source for my GPS. I did not want to buy a dedicated power source for the Garmin GPS so someone suggested a power inverter. I also thought after buying 3 power cords for my mobile phone (all broke), I would give the inverter a try. I spent an hour in Best Buy looking at all the selections, and went with the Microslim. This was a great purchase. The unit is small, compact and delivers great power to recharge my phone, run my gps and also to recharge my computer. The 100 watt is more than adequate to do the job. I have been very satisfied and am purchasing a second unit to give to my wife for her car. Dont hesitate with this unit it will service you well
