It Died, but Good Warranty Service,

This review is from: Vector VEC060 Power Inverter 175/350 Watt DC/AC NEW
Mine croaked after about 2 years, but Vector was good about it. Replacement inverter has been good for 4 years (very light use).Every "road trip" vehicle should have an inverter like this (plus a 3-way extension cord) to keep all your stuff charged. Nice emergency backup for charging cell phones, etc. in an extended power outage. You don't need special "car chargers" for each device. However, amazon's mainstream offering: Duracell 813-0291-07 175 Watt DC to AC Inverter seems to make everybody happy for about 40% less buckss (and it's 40% smaller). The Vector VEC060 has a longer input cord (27 in.), which can be a plus, and also a 2 year warranty vs Duracell 1 year.

[...]See the link above. This will fit into most automobile ashtray slots (who still uses those!?). Good luck finding another power inverter in this power class that can do that!

This little inverter works perfectly for my needs. I plug in my HP printer and print off my reports before leaving my client's location. Has not caused a problem yet!
