Worked, but really stinks,
This review is from: Vector® 400W Power Inverter (Misc.)
We recieved this as a gift to power a laptop in the car. however we found it smelled; a burning electric smell. We thought it would go away, but it only got worse with use and it made me really sick. We were able to return it to Lowes where it was purchased.

Stinks, in more ways than one.,
I purchased one recently at Best Buy.When I plugged it in, and everytime I have used it since, it emits an odor like burning plastic. It makes a loud squealing noise when it is plugged in to the 12 volt adapter when I start my vehicle. Today, the 12 volt plug apparently welded itself into my 12 volt socket, and it no longer functions. |
