Heard,seen,and read the Veena :},

Most people I've talked to who I've considered world music buffs,I find lacking knowledge of the Veena,what it looks like and sounds like,very sad,I was first interduced to the sound of the veena in the early 1980's listening to Kpfa 94.1FM indian Raga Hour,now to the point my view is any book on the veena is a great book because there are few of them,I wish there were more Veena players fluent in the sounds and tones it produces,I guarantee there would be some happy campers out there,it makes for great meditational music to decompress to {Destress},we my friends be well..
