I got two of these chairs earlier this summer and loved them. They were comfortable and made reading a pleasure. After a few months of use, though, I had the same issue that some others did -- the fabric was weak and ripped. I was past the deadline for an Amazon rebate (understandably -- this was not Amazon's fault), so I decided to contact the company directly. Within one day, I had an email from their customer service explaining that they'd had a shipment of chairs with weak fabric. They said they would use my feedback to improve the quality of their chairs, and they replaced my chairs without hesitation. The new chairs arrived within a few days. I am so impressed to work with a company that stands behind its product! I find that to be rare, and I'll work with a company like this any day over one that just delivers a product and disappears. Buy from this company -- If you're not happy, they'll work with you until you are!

Ostrich chair, where have you been all my life? Years of laying in the sun on tubular aluminum chairs are now a distant memory. I can now breath when laying on my stomach and even read a book. The arm hole slots allow me to hold down my book and turn the pages with ease. I still don't understand why these chairs cannot be made 18-24 inches off the ground rather than 12, but that seems to be the industry standard. It's still a whole lot more comfortable and practical for laying on your stomach than any chair I've tried. I may have to buy another one!

This chair is very comfy,esy to setup, and lightweight for caarrying and travel...when lying face down and reading/sunning/sleeping, you can add an extra towel under yourself and the chair's metal frame will not be bothersome... Don't leave outside ...b/c is so lightweight, you can fold up and bring inside easily after each use and after one summer it has paid for itself and you'll have gotten your money's worth!!
