Makes your mouth water, and it is all healthy! Wonderful meals prepared by CJ Clark, which I had the joy of tasting myself. I can verify that the dishes you'll see getting prepared on this tape not only look great, they taste fantastic. And the food is all totally animal-free, with a minimum of cooking to preserve goodness. Learn to go beyond a plain salad, CJ shows you how.
