This is the 4th brand of protein that I've tried so far. One wound up being lab synthesized, though it claimed to be "all natural." Another had soy ingredients, which has its own problems (you can do your own research). Still another was pure vegetable protein, but did not mix very well. Even in smoothies, it always resulted in some clumps. So far, Vegan Proteins is all pros and no cons. It is also great tasting and sweetened with stevia.

This product has great nutritional stats. 20 grams of vegan protein with that little calories is hard to come by. The taste is okay, vanilla and subtle. The texture is very gritty, and takes some getting used to. That's why I rate four instead of five stars.
