About the Author

Nicola Graimes has been a food writer, editor and stylist for over 20 years, but her interest in vegetarianism extends far beyond that. She was the editor of Vegetarian Living magazine for five years and has written many books and articles about vegetarian food, healthy eating and children's diets for both trade and consumer magazines. Nicola is particularly interested in the healing aspects of food and is a strong advocate of organic foods. Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
A very good vegan cookbook. It even includes a cooking demonstration section with pictures. Lots of color images thoughout.

It loses one star for being a non-standard size - it's taller and wider than average cookbooks, and because not all of the recipes appear equally appetizing. Some are 5 star, others are 3 star.

Try the vegan cookbook "reFresh: Contemporary Vegan Recipes From the Award Winning Fresh Restaurants". It's 5-star wonderful!
