Hi everyone!

Im Lisa M.K, I am currently 26 years old and I have been a vegetarian and writer my whole life. Why vegetarian? Well to be completely honest with you, it all comes down to the fact that myself and my body does not need meat at all!

You can cook the same amount of recipes, if not more, without meat! My mother was a vegetarian since she was a child, however on the other hand, my father was always a meat eater! This was sometimes a bit hard to cope with in the kitchen at times, nonetheless, I got on with it and kept on lapping up all the goodness!

Why did I start writing recipe books? Well it all began when I was searching for good vegetarian recipe books, but just couldn't find one that actually offered me a diversity in food! Just because I'm a vegetarian doesn't mean I do not like a pile of american pancakes!

So writing has now led me in doing a master collection of Vegetarian Recipes:

I don't pretend to cook vegetarian , but this cookbook caught my attention because of the recipes for just 1 person. My family tends to eat on the run especially at breakfast. I will use this book to fix something just for me and i will make sure other people in this house know how to find these recipes so they can fix themselves something just for them.

I can not wait for a calm weekend day(is there such a thing?) to be able to take the time to make egg'cellent sandwiches for everyone or maybe pancakes..ummm, maybe Breakfast Burritos .All of the recipes sound great and the instructions are very easy to follow.

Buy this book and treat yourself and your family.

I was recommended this book by a good friend of mine. Being a non-vegetarian, I like to break things up a bit from traditional non-vegetarian cookbooks, not just that, I want to keep things exciting - fortunately for me, this book offers that.

From my brisk look of things, this cookbook looks like a winner. Cheap, simple, healthy and tasty recipes for people from all walks of life - busy mornings, slow mornings, etc.

I look forward to trying some of these recipes out.

I'm a vegan when I'm at home (and a vegetarian when we eat out - not always easy to find vegan meals at your average restaurant). These recipes look great and I'm going to be sure to try some of them out in the near future.

I especially liked this book because of the warm, friendly introductions to the recipes. It made me feel like I had a professional vegetarian chef standing next to me as I cooked, introducing me to the recipes.

I just finished reading Vegetarian Breakfast on my Kindle Fire. I was looking for some ideas to add to our breakfast menu and I wasn't disappointed.

Nice format for a recipe book, and very very good ideas for vegetarian breakfasts. I've been a vegetarian now for the past 3 years and sometimes I feel bored with my current food choices - this cookbook has allowed me to change up my current options which is a win-win.

Lisa M.K's "Vegetarian Breakfast" is just delicious. A health conscious individual will enjoy the variety of vegetarian meals to start the day right. She focuses on only one meal of the day, breakfast, the most important meal. I liked the various fruit combinations offered in the recipes some sweet and some salty foods together.
Did you know: "Avocados contain almost 20 essential nutrients...they help your body absorb nutrients from other foods as well!" I did not know that, and I learned it from this great book. I liked the way the book was organized for recipes for one, two, four or more, adjustable meal preparations.
