Being a new vetetarian, I found it hard to find receipies that tasted good and looked presentable. This book had both. It allowed me to make quick and easy recipies that were both delicious and presentable. For anyone who is thinking about becomming a vegetarian or allready is one, this book is full of wonderful variety receipies to satisfy the most exotic of tastes.
