Great recipes with lots of options, April 12, 2010

Not just vegetarian, HEALTHY vegetarian. Delicious recipes, lots of full-page photographs and full nutritional info for each dish. The author gives gluten-free variations on many recipes. I also appreciate the nutrition tips and recipe tips in the sidebar. Everyone in the family has enjoyed anything I've made from this book. Sections are: Breakfast, Baked goods, Sandwiches, Appetizers, Salads & dressings, One-pot meals, Main dishes, Side dishes, Desserts. As you can see this book will take you through all three meals of the day. Most are pretty quick and easy to make as well - a bonus in my book any day.
