I received this cookbook for Christmas and it was instantly inspiring! I own many different vegetarian cookbooks and all of Hart's recipes are new to me, often they are revelations. Even though the recipes are complex and unique, the ingredients aren't too obscure and the instructions are easy to follow. The production of this book is amazing, from the photos to the fun vegetarian facts. Many of the recipes include variations. For instance, one simple risotto recipe is offered with several different flavor profiles for experimentation. This would be a worthy addition to any cookbook library.

This cookbook is so nice, as it helps you prepare all the preliminary steps to cooking. It doesn't assume that you know anything, which is good for beginners!
