Time continues to prove that Dr.Walker is right. His teachings contradict everything you would have imagined, but they are true and work amazingly.I am a Holistic Nutrtionist, Colon Hydrotherapist, Natural Chef and Businessman, Dr.Walker has been my greatest inspiration. I am just not healthy, I enjoy Vibrant Health. Read Dr.Walker's books, he never intended to become a millionaire writing them, his humility is even greater than his work; he never sold any product just GOOD HEALTH.

very helpful book like all Dr n Walker's books they are all interesting. I would advise reading "Fresh vegetable and fruit juices" first then this book makes more sense.

Rumor has it Dr Walker lived to be 120 years old!!! If anyone can confirm this for me please do. You must read Dr Walker's complete set of 8 books - they could change your life - they did for me. Now I want to live to be 120 as well....

Fantastic book written by the legendary Dr. Walker. This is the type of advice that is not always easy to follow because it takes discipline. But if you do, you will feel great every day of your life.

I highly recommend all of Norman Walker's books. Although written many years ago, I think they are even more relevant in today's world. It is an easy to read book with information that will have you wanting more even information about the subject. Also, please read all his other books.

Love it ! Great Info. Best Investment for your health ! With the price of health care on the rise , you can do yourself and your family better by learning all you can about the best foods to put into your body .
We spent more on health care than we do on good food and we are sicker than ever ..... something is wrong with that picture! It is up to us to change it . It is an easy fix .

I'm into the health food movement like a lot of people nowdays. Unfortunately most books and programs don't cover all of the many ways to get and stay healthy. Although the above book listed is an excellent resource. It's like most authors and programs are trying to be too pc (politically correct). To correct myself a little, most health advice, programs, books and supplements usually offer pretty good advice these days.You know:
1. Don't alcohol 2. Don't abuse drugs 3. Don't smoke (cigaretts and the like) 4. Eat move live fresh fruits and vegetables. 5. Eat less process foods and meats. Now all of this is good advice, although there is a right way and wrong way to do anything. I saw an excellent book with a good 8 step plan. Search Amazon for: The Magic Of Mother Nature's Healing Foods. I liked it.

I understand that Norman W Walker died in 1984 at the ripe old age of 118. He was a Brit, and became a "raw foodist" early on in his life in response to his own medical ailments.
