I would first like to say, that Paul C. Bragg was born in Feb. of 1881, and died in Hawaii at the age of 96 in a surfing accident! The person who said he died of a heart attack is wrong! This book is wonderful, good recipes, great health advice, I have been using Bragg products for years and they work! Good book to add to your healthy cookbook collection.

I really love this book. It's colorful and has a really nice positive vibration. The recipes are mostly for everyday cooking but healthy and delicious and simple. I learned some interesting things to do with vegetables. So far I have only seen vegan recipes in this cookbook.

I really appreciate the dessert section. I can't do sugar or wheat, nor do I do eggs and milk and this book gives me tons of options for my needs. I now know I can make many bread and dessert items wheat free/sugar free/and vegan. Happy Happy.

Thank you for producing a book for us vegetarians! I appreciate that that you gave us something especially for us.

OK, the recipes are ok. Raw is better, of course, whenever possible. I am almost completely vegetarian, and the reason is I feel so much better. I hadn't planned to go this route, but I have. Raymon Grace's website has a book on vegetarian recipes, which is also good. I'd like to have seen the kind of context that There Are No Incurable Diseases: Dr. Schulze's 30-Day Cleansing & Detoxification Program and Common Sense Health and Healing offer.
