I got this book because I wanted more information about the vegetarian/vegan lifestyle, and though this book was somewhat helpful, I have since found much better, more detailed books that cover the topic more thoroughly.
I will say that if you're a teenager looking to prepare yourself for a vegetarian/vegan lifestyle, this book might be pretty good for you. |
