4.0 out of 5 stars Good Creative Series April 10, 2012
By MrKen12
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Picked this book up after getting volume 2 and this one offers more of the same in terms of the books' delivery. It's very basic and simple to read with a fair amount of healthy and time efficient recipes. I was pretty satisfied with the no cook recipes that I tried in volume 2 (which were all dinner/main course recipes) so I bought this volume to see what kind of creative lunch recipes I can add to my daily regimen. There's a good assortment of quick and easy prep recipes that I will definitely be trying but I do like the couple recipe ideas that I've tested so far. Just like I stated with volume 2, for the price, the recipe ideas in this book are definitely worth it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Complements my new diet & lifestyle April 19, 2012
By Ariel
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
I just turned over a new leaf in life regarding my diet and my health and these 2 recipe books (volume 1 & 2) have complemented my journey. As I stated in my previous review of volume 1 of this series, I'm not a vegetarian but the recipes in these books have helped my transition to eating healthy. The ease of preparing these no cook recipes have allowed me to maintain the discipline of eating healthier foods at home and avoiding the urge of just getting some quick fast food. I think one of the main reasons why my diet was so bad to begin with is because I hate cooking so much that I've been subjecting myself to years of tv dinners and fast food. As a result my health suffered tremendously but now I'm back on my road to recovery and these non-cook recipe books have made it that much easier for me.

3.0 out of 5 stars Some interesting recipes January 14, 2014
Format:Kindle Edition
There are some interesting recipes that I am looking forward to trying. I was surprised to find a fish recipe, but that doesn't mean that the other recipes aren't good options. There are some obvious typos, but not insurmountable.

1.0 out of 5 stars Not vegetarian March 10, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition
I downloaded this book and almost immediately deleted it. No proper vegetarian cookbook would include cod as an ingredient. Do not download if you are a real vegetarian.
