I'm going to assume people have never seen a butcher slaughter an animal or cut the neck off of a chicken in order to humanly kill it for eating.
It was also helpful to hear how the participants in the movie struggle, as I do, with eating healthy and even further, eating and living a vegetarian/vegan life.
It's so refreshing to watch a documentary by a real person, who can humorously and intelligently talk about what going vegan really means and what it's like.
This is a great DVD and doesn't show too much graphic footage to turn viewers off. I've shown it to friends and family who have enjoyed it as well.Published 1 day ago by soyboy2269
